Gaze across the moonlit ocean, reminiscing on 31st night seated at the Harbour Court, guests can indulge in a variety of celebratory dishes; roast leg of lamb served with baby ratatouille and roast garlic sauce, fillet of salmon filled with lobster mousse served with lemon chive sauce and many more that will surely dazzle all epicureans this New Year’s Eve.
The dinner buffet will be priced at Rs. 4,900/- all inclusive per person. The Ocean Seafood Restaurant and the Yue Chuan Chinese Restaurant too will be joining in the festivities with the ‘all you can eat’ from the fresh seafood display. ‘The Ocean and the special set menu at the Yue Chuan, will add flavour to the night. Dinner will be priced at Rs. 5,200/- nett at The Ocean and Rs.4,200/- nett at Yue Chuan.

The Kingsbury celebrate the New Year with ‘NYE party’ a fusion of English and Sinhala retro classics with legends – Annesley Malawana and CJ Dharson of Mintaka or the Champagne and Oyster Soirée at the Sky Lounge with foreign DJ Niza Minx. The 2014 NYE Retro Fusion at The Balmoral – The Kingsbury, will certainly set the standards with scrumptious food – Gala dinner and breakfast buffets. Tickets are priced at Rs.15,000/- nett per person.
The 2014 NYE Champagne and Oyster Soirée at the Sky Lounge would be an extravagant celebration with a free flow of Champagne, premium spirits, cocktails, oysters and an assortment of delectable canapés throughout the night and an unforgettable breakfast buffet, served against the backdrop of a brilliantly lit, star spangled sky and entertainment by DJ Niza Minx. Tickets are priced at Rs.27,000/- nett per person.
