A Christmas CD named ‘Selection of Original Christmas songs by Anil Bhareti’ has been released with the best by the veteran singer Anil Bhareti over a period of fourty years. ‘This is a CD not only for the season but for all times. I have included Christmas songs as well as other Christain songs in this CD’ Anil said.
Anil Bhareti Counts over 40 years in showbiz and has appeared in number of concerts and shows here in Sri Lanka and overseas. He has to his credit over 100 songs on CDs and audio cassettes in addition to over 50 Christmas numbers in his albums.
Anil Bhareti started his singing career in the 1970s and this CD includes his best original selection of twelve Christmas numbers from his Christmas Album, including the ever popular “ Bethlehem pure” undoubtedly the greatest hit during every Christmas Season.
The song contained in this CD are selected and produced solely by Anil Bhareti. He is musically backed by ‘Super Chimes’ and new music arrangements provided by Channa Athulage the leader of the group.
