ICC World Chambers Federation Director visits Ceylon Chamber
View(s):Anthony Parkes, Director of the ICC World Chambers Federation who was in Sri Lanka recently to conduct two training programmes on ‘Certificate of Origins’ and ‘ATA Carnets’, visited the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce office during his visit.
Mr. Parkes held a brief meeting with the CEO / Secretary General of the Ceylon Chamber Mangala P. B. Yapa along with Senior Assistant Secretary General of the Ceylon Chamber Ms. Lilakshini De Mel and Assistant Secretary General Ms. Gayathiri Aravind, according to a chamber media release.
During the meeting, Mr. Yapa said that the Ceylon Chamber’s primary focus is to support regional growth by helping SMEs, facilitate trade and investment and also promote governance and policy advocacy. Mr. Parkes briefed the chamber officials about the latest activities of the ICC World Chambers Federation.
