View(s):Kandy SC recorded a runaway 78 points (9 goals , 3 tries) to 9 ( 3 penalties) win over a foreigner-less Air Force outfit in both their initial outings of the Dialog Sponsored ‘A’ Division League game concluded at Ratmalana yesterday.
The Hill capital side led 47/6 when Referee D. Nimal blew for halftime.
As many as nine Kandy players crossed the line to score tries with Anuruddha Wilvara (2), Quniton Crocker (2), Buvaneka Udangamuwa (2), Saliya Kumara (1), Eroni Gadola (1), Fazil Marija (1), Chris Cloete (1), Danushka (1) and Kishore Jehan (1). Quniton Croker goaled eight of the tries and Nigel Ratwatte one.
