The Cutting Station unveiled its 2014 campaign -the ‘Beauty of Styling’ at an evening launch on August 15 while also celebrating a strategic tie-up that takes it overseas.

Established in 1999, The Cutting Station is headed by Johann Peiris. Located at Jawatte Road, the salon has a branch at Water’s Edge in Battaramulla. From trendy bobs to wind-blown hair, from natural make-up to the glamorous and dramatic, from conservative nail varnish to nail art, the 2014 Campaign depicts the rich product portfolio The Cutting Station is known for.
Late last year, ‘The Cutting Station’ opened its first-ever overseas branch in Bristol, thus possibly becoming the first ever Sri Lankan salon to open its doors in England. Situated at Princess Victoria Street, Clifton, in Bristol the salon is run by Jeewantha, Johann’s collaborator of many years.

Jeewantha brings with him nearly two decades of finely honed skills and experience in the UK. He built his career over the years with his salon ‘G Hair Artist’ which has some celebrity clients including Carol Waterman.

The event also saw the launch of The Cutting Station’s Loyalty Card Programme, bringing a range of benefits and offers to its loyal clientele. The new look website – http://thecuttingstation.lk was also launched.
