For the first time on Sri Lankan TV, CSN has initiated a reality programme of adventurous and thrilling games. “Battle Zone” / “Sangrama Adaviya” will be aired from August 30 for 24 weeks demonstrating thrilling experiences and adventurous games faced by 16 popular artistes and sports stars in Sri Lanka during 24 days in a jungle in the southern province.

Semini Iddamalgoda, Menaka Rajapakshe, Umayangana Wickramasinghe, Nehars Peiris, Nino Araliya, Darshan Dharmaraj, Niroshan Wijesinghe, Menaka Maduwanthi, Gayantha Wijayarathne, Rithu Akarsha, Sudarshana Bandara, Teddie Vidyalankara, Lochana Imashi, Krishani Alanki, Motor Racer Dilantha Malagamuwa, Miss Sri Lanka Iresha Asanki and a number of sports stars will be taking part.
In the beginning, the contestants take part in the games as two teams and later Battle Zone becomes a game of individual contestants. There are “Bonus Games” where the winners will be provided with various facilities to make their living easy in the jungle and “Free Game Challenges” where the winners will proceed forward in the mission while the losing contestants will be knocked out. In the end one contestant will become the ultimate winner of the Battle Zone.

This difficult mission was filmed over 24 days by CSN using the latest technology with the participation of a crew of 40 television technicians.
