“Recovery of Golden Key deposits”

I read the article submitted in the Business Times of 20th April on the above topic with much interest.

After reading a series of articles sent by affected depositors, the public has come to the conclusion, that there are still undisclosed assets belonging to some directors of the defunct Golden Key Company.

It is a directive by the Government, as well as the Supreme Court for all the directors to declare their assets, to the Task Force monitoring this issue.

Depositors have the right to provide the Depositors Representative Committee any information they may receive on directors holdings undeclared assets.

In this context, there is information that one such former Golden Key director has shares in a private hospital in Borella. The owner of this hospital also lost a lot of money in Golden Key. Nevertheless the former director has shares in this hospital (maybe under a different name) which is yet to be disclosed to the Task Force.

The Task Force should investigate and verify this information, and if true, seize these assets too.
