D.S. Senanayake in first Big Match series win against Mahanama
View(s):Under the leadership of versatile Isuru Kastooriyarachchi, D.S. Senanayake College recorded a historical win against Mahanama College in their 7th Battle of the Golds Big Match cricket encounter. The past six encounters have ended in no-decisions making the Big Match tally a stalemate but Isuru and his band of young men, managed to clinch the first-ever victory of the series, making their school, D.S. Senanayake proud. D.S. Senanayake also won the Twenty20 encounter against Mahanama which was played later.
