Gayantha’s Blasters blast
View(s):Gayantha Wijeyratne led ‘Gayantha’s Blasters’ won the Derans Star Challenges, a reality show compete among groups of singers, defeating Corrien Almeda’s ‘Corrien’s Angels’ recently.
The novel reality programme was organised with six team of singers lead by welknown singers in Sri Lankan music industry. While the six veterans led, the team members comprised of those young singers who excelled in Derana Dream Star reality show series.
Shanaka Udisha who became the runners up at Derana Dream Star season 3 was adjudged the best singer in the series while Dulaj Shanushka became the best singer at the grand finale.
