‘GAYAMU PERANI GEE’ 2013 – A Sing-Along Concert of Sinhala Old Favourites
View(s):‘Gayamu Perani Gee 2013’, a sing Along Concert with Lankiak and the Golden Chimes will come alive at the Holy Emmanuel Parish Hall, Idama, Moratuwa on 19 October at 6.30 pm.
‘Gayamu Perani Gee 2013’ is a concert of Sinhala Old Favourites organized by the Bank of Ceylon Pensioner’s Association (BOCPA) – Moratuwa Region. BOCPA was inaugurated in 2012,comprising of a large membership of Bank of Ceylon Pensioners .Every participant will be the recipient of a free songbook complete with lyrics of around 50 songs of 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s era , including the ones performed at the show, which could be used regularly at most household parties.
The music for the evening will be provided by ‘Lankika & the Golden Chimes’. Tickets are priced at Rs.600/- and are available at the Bank of Ceylon-Moratuwa, Katubedda, Ratmalana Branches, Multi Pharmacy Rawatawatte, Chamine Recording studio, Mendis Avenue, Moratuwa
The proceeds of this event will be utilized for proposed social service / welfare projects of the Bank of Ceylon Pensioner’s Association . Chief Guest will be D.M. Goonasekera, the General Manager of Bank of Ceylon- Moratuwa Brach.
