The annual “Sunshine Games”, where approximately 1,000 differently-abled children from all parts of Sri Lanka benefit from a day of sports and fun, is one of the biggest projects of the club. Other key projects are conducting English classes in Obeysekerapura, Rajagiriya and Gamini Vidyalaya in Kelaniya for approximately 450 children and also meeting the infrastructure needs of the above schools. The club is currently setting up a library and a computer lab at GaminiVidyalaya and has already donated computers.

Rotarian and club member Rukshan, a popular singer and entertainer will provide the music at this sing-along with Sohan and the X’periments. Proceeds will be used for the projects listed above and many others support this worthy cause. Tickets are available at “Fashion Optics” on Flower Road.
