Kithsiri Waduge breaks in as a lyricist

Music director, composer and singer Priyanath Ratnayake’s latest collection of songs will be released in August. Priyanath who shot to fame with his evergreen songs like ‘Latha Madule se’ and ‘parama Pivithuru’ was out of the country for a long time.
The compact disc (CD) titled ‘Oba Wenuwen Ma’ will comprise mostly love songs written by a number of lyricists.
One of the collection of songs scheduled to be released by Priyanath is penned by Kithsiri Waduge, a new lyricist. A number of popular singers have selected songs written by Kithsiri and they are to be aired in future.
