ANC night of achievers
View(s):It was a memorable occasion when students who had completed their programmes at the American National College (ANC) had their awards night before transferring to universities in Australia, the United States and Canada. Chairman of Ceylinco Insurance Godwin Perera was the chief guest and also present was the US Embassy’s Cultural Officer Dawn Suni as well as Deans, Vice Chancellors and heads of departments of some of the universities ANC is affiliated to.
ANC students Champion athlete, 100 metres record holder for South Asia Shehan Ambepitiya and 2012 Olympic swimmer Reshika Udugampola received special honours from ANC at the awards evening.
