President of Champagne Cattier, Jean-Jacques Cattier was in Sri Lanka last week to mark the entry of their brand into the Sri Lankan market.  The Cattier family have owned and cultivated the family vineyards since 1763.  In 2006 the Cattier Champagne House went onto produce the Armand de Brignac cuvee which ranked first in a blind tasting of 1000 champagnes organised by Fine Champagne Magazine in 2010 and today is synonymous with supreme luxury.

Celebrating the 250th anniversary with an exclusive launch event at the Colombo Hilton in partnership with Global Brands, Global Brands CEO Rahul Kashyap said, “It is with great pleasure that we bring the luxury Cattier brand to Sri Lanka. Sri Lankans will now have the opportunity to experience and indulge in the world famous Champagne.”
