Former Trinity Rugby “Lion”, Second row and Sri Lanka Youth skipper Randika Alwis will turn out for the Champion Kandy Sports Club this year. Randika who led the national team is an outstanding player both in loose as well as in attack. He has the canny ability to split the opponents defense with his agility and speed.

Anuruddha Wilvara the former Vidyartha and Thomian player who turned out for Havelocks last year will return to his home town. Vilvara one of the best centres produced by Havies was seen at training under their new coach Neil Footie.
The season will kick off in November this year.
