Felicitating past teachers of St.Joseph’s Girls School, Nugegoda
View(s):St. Joseph’s Girls School Nugegoda Past Pupils Group of 1985-1995 expressed their gratitude to their former teachers, at a moving felicitation ceremony held at the college hall recently.
Rev. Sister Gorenththi Fernando, former principals Mrs. Malanie Hettiarachchi, Mrs. Asoka Ariyapperuma, present principal Miss. P.A.A.B.Perera, Vice principals and several past teachers were present on this occasion.
The ceremony was made possible thanks to the efforts of Prashanthi Wadugodapitiya and other past pupils. The organising committee comprised Rovina Sally, Shrimathie Rupasinghe,Fasmine Sulaiman,Manjula Hettiarachchi,Jovita Pereira,Kumari Kirieldeniya, Chamine Dissanayake, Palika Ranasinghe, Shanaz Amirdeen, Asha Hassim, Sunethra Fonseka and Rasika Wickramathilaka. The teachers were greatly appreciative of the efforts made on their behalf.
