I always feel so indebted to those lyricists who have helped me more than once to get over my predicament of an opening line. Before I put my thoughts down in Toto, I wanted to make it very clear that these lines would be on the right track so with the help of that Glen Campbell Classic I say:

Hong Kong Sevens now only a pipe-dream

Rugby as many know is run by an Interim Committee appointed by Sports Minister Gamini Lokuge. One of the reasons the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union (SLRFU) Executive Committee was dissolved was because there were allegations of misappropriation of funds. That accusation was laid to rest this week when the Auditor General himself cleared the Executive Committee and the hierarchy of any mishandling of monies gained from sponsorships, tournaments etc.
