SEC- Why the silence on JKH?

I read with interest that in view of the judgement of the Supreme Court, the SEC now appears to be in a quandary not knowing what to do.

Not so long ago when a Magistrate Court judgement was given, they termed it as a land mark judgement, had seminars inviting the AG and the Bribery Commission to elaborate on Insider Trading and the consequences of breaching the SEC and CSE rules, celebrated their so-called success in effective prosecution and summed it all up by a press release that came in a jiffy to everyone’s delight.

Why so quiet now? Isnt the SEC supposed to protect the shareholders? Where is your release? You are keeping us in suspense as the public is anxious to know whether in your opinion this is or this is not a landmark judgement from the highest court of our land against a public company.
