Sarath weaves 'Suvisi Viwarana'
 

'Suvisi Viwarana', the latest cinematic venture by award-winning author and filmmaker Sarath Dharmasiri started its preproduction recently. Having 'Gini Kirilli' and 'Bherunda Pakshiya', as award winning films to his credit, 'Suvisi Viwarana' is Dharmasiri's third direction.

An award winning writer, Sarath has written four novels 'Seda Sulanga', 'Katu Imbula', 'Bogola Saundiris' and 'Chakrayudha' and most of his novels have won awards and they were also made into popular teledramas. Produced by Vision Link Media (Pvt) Ltd, the cast with acclaimed artistes include Jayalath Manoratne, Chandani Seneviratne, Sanath Gunathilaka, W. Jayasiri, Damitha Abeyratne, Indika Upamali, Ajith Lokuge, Berty Nihal Susiripala, Wasanthi Ranwala, G.R. Perera, Giriraj Kaushalya, Rishard Manamudali, Malinda Perera and Aanya Manodhi.

'Suvisi Viwarana' revolves around a group of people who consider dancing something more than a mere form of artistic expression. For them it is an act close to their faith and spirituality.

The editing will be handled by Ravindra Guruge and make up by Sanjaya Nipunarachchi Nalaka Kuruppuarachchi is the art director and Janaka Fonseka is the music director, Sumedha Liyanage is the cinematographer and choreography will be done by Mudiyanse Dissanayake.
