Ranjan returns as OIC Gaddafi

Gaddafi’, an action packed movie. Rajan who has won the most Popular Actor on several occasions returns to cinema after long silence and his latest film is to be released soon.
Written and playing in the main role of O.I.C. Gaddafi, film is a gritty political crime drama set in a remote village in southern Sri Lanka, where a powerful cabinet minister rules through fear, corruption, and violence.
Beneath his public image lies a ruthless predator whose influence has destroyed countless lives, while the local police remain trapped in a system of loyalty and intimidation. When a poor farming family is drawn into his orbit, a quiet resistance begins to take shape among the villagers. As tension builds, a carefully orchestrated plan for justice unfolds, exposing the deep moral decay of power and leading to a startling revelation about who is truly in control.
