Re-scrutiny of results of Dhamma Schools exam
View(s):The Examinations Department has said they would only call applications for re-scrutiny of results of Dhamma Schools final certificate examination 2024 (2025) online.
Applicants are advised to submit their applications before February 25.
Applicants can login to the official website of the Department of Examinations www.doenets.lk and click on the link ‘Exam Information Centre’; which appears under ‘Our Services’ or login to https://onlineexams.gov.lk/eic
If the applicant already has a user account they are advised to login via their personal account, while the ones who do not have an account could create one (register) using their national identity card number which was used at the examination and personal mobile number. Thereafter the applicant should use the OTP number received to the mobile number to access the account created.
Applicants should click on the link ‘Dhamma Schools Final Certificate Examination 2024 (2025) – Application for Re-Scrutiny of Results’.
The Examinations Department said it is essential to read the Technical Instructions and Common Instructions as well as watch the instructional video before filling the application.
The fee for one subject is Rs 250, and payments can be made via debit/credit cards at post offices. Applicants should provide the Reference Number obtained online for making payment through post offices. The candidate will receive a notification to the given mobile number via SMS after making the payment. The applicants are notified to select all subjects that they wish to apply for re-scrutiny before selecting the payment method as the facility is allowed only one time.
After making the payment, the completed application form can be downloaded in pdf format. It should be printed and sent to reach the following address with the recommendation of the Head Teacher of Dhamma School/Head of Institute. Commissioner General of Examinations, Institutional Examinations Evaluation Branch, Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, P.O. Box 1503, Colombo.
Submitting the application form accurately by entering all required subject/s is the responsibility of the applicant.
Applications submitted without the re-scrutiny fee will be rejected without any prior notification. The fees paid with the application form will not be refunded.Â
