Though the student’s body cancelled the Christmas Carol Service earlier, they decided together with their University Chaplain Fr Ruwan Perera OMI to share their resources with a limited number of the affected families of all faiths in Gampola. The dry rations packages were worth Rs 500,000.
They thank Rev Fr Ivon Jayasundara, Rev sisters, all well-wishes, and the Students’ Committee for the support extended to this cause.
