Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sri Lanka (MBFWSL) returns from  November 19–23 at Cinnamon Life, introducing a bold new vision – Design Beyond Glamour.

The annual design event reimagines the role of fashion in shaping culture, lifestyle and the future of modern luxury. Under the timeless star of Mercedes-Benz, MBFWSL 2025 looks to transform Colombo into a world where art, technology, mobility and design merge to define intelligent luxury, a philosophy where innovation meets emotion, craftsmanship meets consciousness, and creativity drives the way we live, move, and express ourselves.

At the core of MBFWSL is its runway, a stage that celebrates the evolution of South Asian fashion, its heritage, craftsmanship, and future-facing design language.

Each evening, the Mercedes-Benz runways at Cinnamon Life will unveil a curated line-up of designers whose work reflects the region’s diversity and global relevance, from Sri Lanka’s next generation of fashion talent to influential designers across South Asia and beyond.

As fashion expands its influence across art, design, and experience, MBFWSL 2025 explores how creativity defines the modern lifestyle through a series of immersive programmes. The Mercedes-Benz Future Talks, a thought-leadership platform explores how design, technology, and creativity shape the way we live and move in the 21st century.

Hosted at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Lounge, Cinnamon Life, these sessions bring together international and regional pioneers including The Future Laboratory (London) alongside leading voices in wellness, fashion, gastronomy, and urban design. Themes include longevity futures, creative cities, meaningful travel, gastronomic design, and fashion in the Synthocene era, redefining what it means to live beautifully, consciously, and intelligently in a world of transformation.

Mercedes-Benz + Art, a curated programme celebrates the dialogue between design, culture and creativity. In collaboration with Cinnamon Life,  Mercedes-Benz Art Experiences invite guests to discover contemporary artists Anoma Wijewardena, Gayan Prageeth, Hema Shironi, Ismeth Raheem and Muvindu Binoy through intimate artist lunches, private walk-throughs, and film presentations.

The Mercedes-Benz Art Walk, in partnership with Cinnamon Life x John Keells Holdings, introduces a permanent QR-guided journey through the hotel’s 48-piece art collection blending technology, storytelling, and artistry into a living exhibition.

In partnership with SLDF’s partner nation, India, MBFWSL 2025 also introduces elegant gatherings that celebrate the artistry of design and the diplomacy of creativity:

  •   Mercedes-Benz Designer Lunches – Curated dining experiences at Cinnamon Life’s signature restaurants.
  •   Mercedes-Benz Designer High Tea – A celebration of fashion and conversation.

MBFWSL is presented by AOD, powered by Dimo, and hosted at Cinnamon Life, with the support of banking partner Sampath Bank Private Banking, Fashion Retail Partner Moose Clothing, Hair & Make-up Partner Salon Kess, and Print & Digital Media Partners, the Wijeya Group.
