This recognition marks a major milestone in WIF’s work to challenge entrenched social norms through high-impact advocacy and grassroots action. WIF’s pioneering “Dear Father” campaign which promotes shared caregiving and positive masculinities was a key factor in its selection.

WIF Chairperson and Eisenhower Fellow,  Seroshi Nandasiri, emphasised, “This is more than recognition — it’s a mandate to collaborate globally and scale solutions that shift mindsets, empower women, and reimagine equity.”

WIF’s induction was facilitated through the Eisenhower Fellowships network and supported by partners including the Department of Samurdhi Development, Rotary Club of Colombo Uptown, Chrysalis, MAS Intimates, and Pan Asia Bank, whose contributions have been vital to advancing WIF’s mission. WIF’s integration into the Equity 2030 Alliance marks a bold step toward global collaboration and sustainable impact from families to boardrooms, and local communities to the international stage.
