A Vintage Affair at Sky Lounge
View(s):The Kingsbury, Colombo, brought an air of Italian sophistication to the city with ‘A Vintage Affair’, held on Thursday, 19th June 2025, at its iconic rooftop venue, Sky Lounge. Set against the panoramic Colombo skyline, the evening was a graceful celebration of fine wine, gourmet cuisine, and Mediterranean charm, presented in collaboration with Herita Marzotto Wine Estates and sponsored by Wine World with Rockland.

Guests were taken on a refined sensory journey featuring the celebrated wines of Santa Margherita, one of Italy’s most distinguished wine producers. The evening also marked the Colombo debut of Chef Paolo Collavini, who curated a beautifully composed four-course Italian-inspired menu. Each dish was paired seamlessly with a premium wine selection from the Santa Margherita portfolio, offering a dining experience that was both bold and elegant.

Adding depth and insight to the pairings was Anastasiya Mykhaylyk, South Asia Area Manager for Herita Marzotto Wine Estates. With her extensive knowledge and genuine passion for Italian wine, she guided guests through the evening with stories behind each bottle, creating a deeper appreciation for the wines served.
The atmosphere was further enhanced with a live performance by Shaman the Magical Guitarist, whose soulful sounds brought warmth and charm to the evening, making it an unforgettable occasion.
