Two plays on social, political issues go on the boards

Two short dramas named ‘Dr Franky and The Barabbasla’ written and produced by Rev. Fr. Peter Hemapriya Botejue will go on the boards at 6.45 pm on May 4 at Maradana Elphinstone theatre.
Written based on current social and political issues, the cast of the two plays consists of Raven Madhuranga, Sunil Nonis, Hiruni Nonis and Suresh Dilshan.
Behind the screen, lighting by Gamini Hemachandra, make up by Prakash Galgewala and music by Tharindu Fernando. Presented by Kedapatha Media Team, the two plays are organised by theatre producer Jude Srimal.
