Siddhartha Central, Balapitiya secured their first win against traditional and hometown rivals Revatha MMV with a thrilling 14-run victory in the 35th Battle of the Heros big match concluded at Balapitiya yesterday. Revatha was set to chase an easy target of just 61 runs, but fell short as they succumbed to the bowling pair Gayan de Zoysa and Kavish de Abrewe, who together took nine wickets. Revata were bundled out for only 46 runs.
