View(s):The ‘Purple Walk’ the first The Leeds International Negombo organised on the 3rd Feb. was really not just a walk a walk with many achievements reached locally as well as internationally.The Leeds International Negombo starting with just 4 students 7 years ago is now like giant tree giving shade to inspiring children.Its Principal Mr.Naleen Fonseka in his message says’ Im proud to have the purple walk to commemorate the 7 th Anniversary of Leeds International Negombo on Feb 3 2024.
We organized this with a few objectives -Giving a first-hand experience to students about a walk, making the Negombo crowd aware of our existence here, and gathering parents and children together at Drawindra Mendis Grounds to share and enjoy a friendly cricket match. We could reach goals to a greater extent. and it was a huge achievement.I wish Leeds International Negombo a long existence to serve the Negombo students irrespective of their religion ethnicity and language”
