Devastated international gem trader Lewis Allen’s love for Sri Lanka saw him being invited as the guest of honour at the FACETS 2019, the International Gem and Jewellery Exhibition which ends today at the BMICH, Colombo. Mr. Lewis lost his wife in the Easter Sunday bombings, when they were visiting Sri Lanka. “I do not want to let one bad experience ruin the good relationship I have had with Sri Lanka for 35 years.
