A new age double decker bus is being used on the 138 Kottawa – Pettah route in the past few weeks by a private operator, reviving the 1960s-1970s era of this popular British-built bus. The Tata Leyland 77-seater bus has slightly different interiors compared to the 1960s model and is not red in colour. The bus is seen parked at the Maradana Technical junction.
