FIFA official T-shirt released in Lanka
View(s):The official licensed fan t’shirts of the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2014 was officially launched at the Hameedia outlet at the Racecourse in Colombo last Friday. The first t’shirt was handed over to Anura de Silva, the Operations Director of Football Federation of Sri Lanka by Rizan Jeffry, the FIFA Authorised Reseller.
“We have received complaints that the FIFA and World Cup logos are being used by many. But those can be termed as counterfeit products. We have sought legal action and investigations are presently ongoing. Products on sale at Hameedia outlets are legal and authorised by FIFA,” Jeffry stated.
Officially licensed t’shirts of England, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Holland, Italy and Spain teams can be purchased at any of the Hameedia outlets.
