Roman Catholic Tamil Vidyalaya took another significant step towards establishing itself as one of Wattala’s leading schools when it laid the foundation stone for a new building, which will house the institution’s secondary section, at a ceremony held on Thursday.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Western Province Chief Minister Prasanna Ranatunga while Minister Nimal Lansa and Provincial Councillor Janaka Sooriyabandara were the event’s other notable attendees.
