Harrow International College opened in glamour
Mother Sri Lanka is currently taking her giant steps in development. By realizing the need of effective education system,to promote socioeconomic development and human development, government has taken necessary initiatives to improve education sector by working hand in hand with private sector.
Therefore, to support government’s great mission on making Sri Lanka the regional education hub, WCMT Campus has taken her steps to open Harrow International College on a grand scale with glamorous presence of superior academics and industry leaders on Sunday 8th September 2013.
Addressing the opening ceremony, WCMT Campus CEO Eranga Weeramanthri mentioned, “Harrow International College is the latest addition to WCMT Campus chain of operations, in Sri Lanka which is a fully owned subsidiary of Kartha Education Society (KES) set up by Dr. Sudhir Kartha and a team of eminent educationists in 1994 with the purpose of providing a seamless learning exposure to the world from Kindergarten (KG) to Postgraduate (PG).”
He highlighted, “KES owns and manages chain of education institutions in various parts of the world to further its mission of providing quality transnational education opportunities to the world. Among many other prestigious education institutions under Kartha Education Society, WCMT Campus launched her academic operations in Sri Lanka in year 2012 as a BOI Approved venture with a clear purpose of serving human development and socioeconomic advancement while uplifting the quality of life through education and research. “
