Moratuwa Y’s Men’s Club sing-along with Rukshan on Sept. 21
View(s):The Y’s Men’s Club of Moratuwa affiliated to the Y’s International, which is a NGO in special consultative status with the economic and social council of the United Nations. The Y’s men work in partnership with the YMCA.
The Moratuwa branch of the Y’s Men’s Club will be celebrating their Golden Jubilee in March 2014. The club has throughout the years been actively involved in service to the community by way of various projects carried out to those in need.
As a “kick off” to their Jubilee year, the Club has organised a sing-along with Sohan and the Experiments together with the inimitable Rukshan Perera at the Hotel Ranmal, Gorakana Moratuwa on Saturday September 21 from 7.30 pm onwards. The organisers assure a fun-filled evening with competitions, prizes and surprises for those participating. The entire proceeds will be channeled to the Club’s social welfare projects.
