In commemoration of 120 years of excellence, Zahira College proudly marches forward with celebrations in the form of a College Walk inviting all the present and past students as well as the parents to be a part of this campaign. Zahira Walk 2012 will be orchestrated on the 3rd of November 2012 at 3pm at the school which will also be the commencing point of the Walk. The event will also feature a number of batches, groups, clubs and societies presenting a unique theme in order to add colour to the Walk.

Zulfiquar Ahamed, who heads the organizing committee of the event, said the parade would begin at the school premises and proceed through Darley Road, Lipton Circus and Ward Place before returning once again to the school. The participants are expected to wear the specially printed cap and t-shirt for the event during the promenade and that’s not all, once the ambling and rambling is brought to a close, the organizers have put together a mini-carnival for all the participants which will encompass food stall, games, skits and various performance along with a kiddies playing area. This extravaganza promises its participants an enthralling evening packed with entertainment and fun-filled activities and also provides the opportunity to share the joy and be a part of this historic day. Zahira Walk 2012 would draw the curtains with the culmination of a vivacious display of fireworks. To reserve your Zahira Walk Ticket, please send a confirmation e-mail with the size of your t-shirt along with your name and contact number to walk2012@zahiraoba.com or contact on Walk hotline on 0772 120 120.
