WaveNET shoring up the support centre as global footprint increases

WaveNET's new 24x7 Support Assistance Center 'Waveforce' commenced operations recently. The launch of Waveforce comes in the wake of WaveNET increasing its footprint in the international market with a view to enhancing their existing customer support services. Partnering with Hello Corp, one of the region's leading BPO service providers, WaveNET hopes to offer their customers even greater levels of service, the company said.
