DIMO organizes second "Riya Pola" with BoC

DIMO together with Bank of Ceylon organized another very successful "Riya Pola" recently at the Kadawatha New Town complex. A Large number of individual and corporate customers participated in this event. Tata Commercial vehicles and Tata Passenger vehicles were displayed and demonstrated at the "Riya Pola" while BoC arranged special customized leasing schemes at the location.

The "Riya Pola" was inaugurated by Hon. Lasantha Alagiyawanna (Deputy Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities), Mr. Channa Weerawardane (Director-DIMO), Mr.H.M. Mudiyanse (DGM - BoC), Dr. C. Samarasinghe (Additional General Manager - BoC), Mrs. Kularatne (AGM - BoC) and Mr. Vijitha Bandara (GM - TATA Commercial Vehicles). Mr. Gihan Fernando (Sales Manager - TATA Commercial Vehicle Sales) and Mr. Nalinda Kurukulasooriya (Manager - TATA Colombo Branch) also participated at the opening.

DIMO arranged facilities to issue quotations and invoice vehicles, whilst BoC arranged hassle free quick leasing facilities for the customers. More than 170 vehicles were confirmed for delivery to customers during the mega vehicle exhibition at the "Riya Pola".

This is another milestone in the DIMO-BoC tie up, where two giants in their respective industries have come together to provide an affordable transportation solution at the customers' doorstep. BoC with their network of 309 branches will use this initiative to reach potential customers in towns and villages across the country.
