| In time for the August holidays, the five star resort Cinnamon Lodge Habarana will host its
flagship event for the third
consecutive year.
Summer Camp Lodge will be held from 26 – 28 of August 2011, inviting kids between the ages
of 4 – 17.
Apart from camping outdoors, kids will be enticed with an
exciting line up of events. The event tag line ‘expect the unexpected’ invites kids to plan for an exciting summer adventure in the heart of the cultural triangle.
Fun-filled team building and motivational games will take
place with the guidance of
professional facilitators.
Moreover the highlight of the camp ‘Treasure Hunt’ will take kids all the way through to Polonnaruwa through a winding bike trail in search of ‘treasure’. The team at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana has set up its own outdoor cinema
inviting kids to an entertaining night, watching movies under the stars.
A nature
workshop and
lectures on wildlife will be both
insightful and fun filled.
On the final night at camp, kids will be hosted to a ‘Gala Camp party’ and a dancing competition. Trained by professional
choreographers the teams will take Part in a dance off, paintball
sniping which was a hit at last year’s event will make a comeback. Kids will have the choice of
camping the first night in the large expanse of lush green at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana.
In line with the Cinnamon
