President Mahinda Rajapaksa congratulates the newly appointed Bishop of the Church of Ceylon Rev. Dhiloraj Ranjit Canagasabey as First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa and Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe look on.

Rev. Canagasabey was installed as the 15th Bishop of Colombo at the Cathedral at Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo yesterday. He was elected without contest by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Colombo at a special session held in March..
