BATA-The Sunday Times Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year Contest 2010
All good things must come to an end. Likewise the 21st count of the coupon to vote in for the Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer in your respective category will be the last.

It will be on the 27th of June in the Sunday Times and the coupons will continue in Daily Mirror and Daily Lankadeepa till 30th June. The grand finale of the show will be held at the BMICH on 3rd September 6 p.m. onwards.

Final Result will be out on 4th July issue of the Sunday Times. In the count of coupon Number 17, the status quo was upset and all respective leaders of yore have prevailed.

In the All Island Contest Carey’s Raihaan Rizvi still leads, but, it seems that Benedictine Nishal Fonseka has not given up the idea of ending at the second place. At the end of count number seventeen Fonseka has moved within 236 votes of Wimaladharma and is planning to become the other to walk down the isle at the BMICH at the grand finale. In the Outstation Contest Kalutara boy G.A. Madushan is still in the lead while in the International category Shaji Rayyan Samman from Lyceum Wattala still leads.
