Continuous Blissfulness

Blissfulness when present is there at all times. Bliss needs no reason to appear and is a beautiful state of your mind that arises when you transcend beyond the mental states you live in general. It is a state with no happiness and unhappiness. A peacefulness, pleasantness and prosperousness is felt when bliss is present and is usually felt throughout the body. Once awakened it remains lifelong, for no reason and all through the day.

From within
Usually you sense blissfulness arising from within. Many people say they feel that it arises from the heart and show the heart area when asked, "where does it arise?. This cannot be imported from outside, cannot be awakened by thinking of something pleasant and does not arise due to fame, power or wealth. Those having fame, power and wealth may be blissful, while those who are blissful may attract fame, power and wealth. These may purely be coincidences.

Connected with lovingness
Blissfulness has something to do with lovingness and they appear to go hand in hand. When blissfulness is present lovingness is present and lovingness appears for no reason. This may also be described as loving-kindness, where one feels as though acting for another's benefit, expecting nothing in return. One feels good about helping others and when present, lovingness is felt towards all beings and is not limited by conditions. You do not experience lovingness when certain conditions are fulfilled and an absence of it when these conditions are not fulfilled. It remains the same all the way through.

Is it Blissfulness?
Is it blissfulness or happiness that you seek often? You can now be aware of what you seek. Knowingly or unknowingly you may have searched for happiness whereas what you really desired was blissfulness. You are now able to think about this gently, as to what you really want deep within your heart. Is it happiness or blissfulness? There is no correct answer to this, and you may decide what is best for you. What is important is your insight about this.

What is happiness?
Where does it arise from?
How does it arise?
What happens when it disappears?
What is blissfulness?
Where does it arise from?
Do you like it?
Are you aware of the difference between happiness and blissfulness?

Do you often seek happiness or blissfulness? Gently ask these questions from yourself. As you do so, many more questions may arise. Allow them to surface and observe the questions that arise and avoid seeking answers to them. Simply ask, and as you do so a new realization on happiness and blissfulness will arise within you.

Overflow
When a bucket is full of water and you add more water it overflows. Similarly when you are full of happiness it overflows, and when you are blissful it overflows. Those around you will feel this and be overwhelmed by it. A sense of happiness and blissfulness will be ever present around you and being with you will be so delightful.
Boundless blessings
