CIC Agri Business ties up with State Trading Corporation to market Agri Machinery


Mr Keerthi Kotagama-MD/CEO CIC Agri Businesse and Mr Pradeep Gunawardene-Chairman ,State Trading Corporation exchanging Agreements after signing

CIC Agri Businesses tied up with State Trading Corporation to market it's Agricultural Machinery to the farmers.An agrrement to this effect was signed by Mr Keerthi Kotagama-MD/CEO CIC Agri Businesse and Mr Pradeep Gunawardene-Chairman ,State Trading Corporation in the presence of Hon Bandula Gunawardene-Minister of Trade , Consumer Affairs and Co-operatives.

Speaking on the Occasion the Chairman of STC said,"We hope to empower the farmers with the latest agro technology so that their productivity will reach much higher levels than at present".

Minister Gunawardene commended the initiative taken to build a fruitful Public-Private Partnership."With the war over we have got 1/3 rd of the land and 2/3 of the sea,all of which is bound to contribute immensely towards the development of the country.At a time like this it is commendable that a private sector company like CIC Agri Businesses has come forward to partner STC and develop these resources",said the Minister.
