The body of the LTTE’s Trincomalee deputy military wing leader Arivu, was handed over to the ICRC yesterday. This came after the Navy seized a boat in which they found his body in Sambalthivu after a confrontation at sea. In the picture Navy hands over the body to the ICRC as the Head of the Sub Delegation Yvonne Dunton looks on.
