Senaka back on screen

Senaka Nicholas who showed his talents in Film and teledrama, Director Udayakantha Warnasooriya's ‘Hiripoda Wessa’ has again emerged as a club owner in the teledrama ‘Kammiththa’ telecast on Rupavahini.

‘Kammiththa’ is a tele drama penned by Daya Rajapaksa’ and Directed by Piyal Yatawara in which Senaka plays a different role from his earlier character in ‘Hiripoda Wessa’ .

Senaka's prowess paved the way for him to act in Harry Wimalasena's one episode teledrama and Rukmal Niroshana's latest teledrama.

Senaka, who had a flare for painting from his childhood, developed his talents from Tissa Gunawardena, Art Master of Prins of Wales , Moratuwa.

Afterwards he contributed his sketch drawing stories to many cartoon tabloids and earned a name as an artist.

He has served as a paste up artist in ‘The Sunday Times’, and ‘Lankadeepa’ from 1989 and working as a Lay out artist at present at daily "Lankadeepa".
