View(s):An Inter-Batch Softball Cricket Tournament, organised by the Old Boys Association of Royal College, Horana, will be held on March 12 at the school’s main ground, starting from 1.00pm. The competition will be held as a day and night event, which will also include other entertainment segments such as a fun fair, magic show, firework display and fun events that the whole family can enjoy.
The cricket tournament is expected to include teams representing batches and classes of each year from Royal Horana, with at least two matches scheduled to be played at a given time simultaneously. In addition to the trophy for the winner and runner-up of the tournament, a handsome cash award is on offer for both finalists. The player of the tournament, best bowler and best fielder will also receive cash rewards.
The Old Boys Association of Royal Horana expects a full participation from its former students, and the organisers also anticipate to welcome new members to the OBA.
