As Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila’s regular statements on the need for an oil price increase add fuel to the fire, some filling stations are reported to be hoarding fuel anticipating a price hike. Consumer Affairs Authority officials are seen inspecting this shed to check whether fuel is being hoarded.
