The Digital Wall facility was recently launched at the University of the Sri Jayewardenepura library.

It was an initiative conducted in collaboration with the British Council in Sri Lanka.

The event was graced by the university’s Vice Chancellor Sudantha Liyanage and British Council Sri Lanka Country Director Maarya Rehman, along with the university’s academic, administrative and non-academic staff.

The established digital wall facility enables the USJ community to scan QR codes and download   available books, podcasts and reports on content related to the UK, a university spokesperson said.

“This facility will transform the university library services to be on par with the international library experience,” they said.
