The Sri Lanka Amateur Baseball/Softball Association conducted three Teachers Training programmes in Kandy, Laggala and Matale.
More than 150 coaches, Sports Officers, Physical Training Instructors and teachers joined on all three days as the Sri Lanka Amateur Baseball/Softball Association successfully conducted the programmes in the Central Province.
These programmes were conducted in three Educational Zones in the Central Province – Kandy, Wilgamuwa (Laggala) and Matale. Sports Officers and PTIs actively participated in the programme showing great interest in learning a new sport such as baseball. All participants were awarded certificates for joining the programme.
