International Scholar presents Sri Lanka’s first ever Virtual Education Exhibition

View(s):

COVID-19 has affected many facets of our lives, and international higher education options have not been spared.  UK and Malaysia are still welcoming students while Canada and Australia are promoting online offerings, at least until they can coordinate effective quarantine processes for international students.

Some Sri Lankan families will send their children overseas to study no matter what, others are applying now but waiting to see how the coronavirus situation evolves while many are also reorienting towards Sri Lankan based foreign accredited courses.

To cater to these various options, International Scholar is launching Sri Lanka’s first ever ‘Virtual Education Exhibition’, from 29th June to 8th July.   Over 60online ‘Zoom’ sessions from academics and representatives in Sri Lanka, Australia, UK, Malaysia and Canada will be showcased across sectors such as Hospitality, Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Education and Health and Medical Services.

During the Zoom sessions, a university representative will give a presentation, focusing on the course objectives and benefits.  Subsequently, students can engage directly with academics and university representatives through anonymous question and answer online ‘Zoom’ sessions.

We understand that this is a difficult time for students trying to decide on their higher education options.  But there still are options!

If you’re still interested in pursuing your dreams, dream big with International Scholar and visit www.scholar.lk to register.

The exhibition is free of charge however places are limited so register now!
