Database for efficient management of schools- Akila Kariyawasam
View(s):The Ministry of Education (MoE) intends to create a Database with information that will help in the efficient management of schools.
Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam speaking at the opening of a Science Lab at Piyaratne Maha Vidyalaya in Kurunegala, said, the Database containing details of distribution of textbooks, uniforms and teacher transfers will be created for easy access of records, which help Education officials meet their work criteria and help produce students with an objective and vision that will transform the country.
